About me
I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
With a wide range of experience in various settings including over 6 years working within the NHS and charitable organisations, I am dedicated to recognising and respecting the personal journeys of adults from all walks of life. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide tailored, effective care, ensuring that each client receives support that is precisely suited to their individual needs. Please see the Services section for a summary of my areas of expertise and experience.
I believe the foundation of our work together lies in building a strong therapeutic relationship within a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. This space not only fosters deeper self-awareness and understanding, but also fosters your ability to improve interpersonal relationships, overcome personal obstacles, and build resilience.
