My practice is deeply rooted in a holistic and humanistic approach, treating every individual as a whole and acknowledging the influence of intersecting social identities like race, gender, sex, and age on their experiences. My aim is to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to foster resilience, growth, self-compassion, and positive change.
